Live online · 3 days · Beginners welcome

Stop reading about AI. Spend three days using it.

A live, hands-on intensive for people starting from zero. You'll learn to command Claude, hand real multi-step work to an AI agent, design your own materials with it — and walk out with a personal AI system you built yourself.

The gap

Everyone says learn AI. Almost nobody says what to do Monday morning.

There is no shortage of AI content. Threads, newsletters, hour-long videos, a hundred tools you've bookmarked and never opened.

What's missing is the boring, specific part: sitting down with your actual files, your actual work, and building something that runs. Not a demo. Not a screenshot. A setup that's still working for you next month.

That's the entire course. Three days, live, with someone answering your questions in real time while you build it.

What you leave with

Six things, not three days of notes

A working command style

The prompting and project patterns that hold up on real work — plus an honest map of where these tools are reliable and where they quietly aren’t.

An agent doing real work

A live agentic workflow connected to your own files and tools, running a multi-step task you actually need done.

Materials you designed

A deck, a page, and a set of graphics produced from a prompt — and the workflow to make more without starting over.

Your personal AI system

Memory, your own skills, connectors and scheduled agents wired together into one setup that knows your context and keeps working after class ends.

Full recordings

Every session, yours to keep. Nothing here depends on you catching it live or taking perfect notes.

A written playbook

The prompts, the setup steps, and the checklists in one document, so you can rebuild any of it from scratch.

The curriculum

Three days, one theme each

2.5 hours per day, live. Cameras optional, questions encouraged.

Day 1

Command

Claude, properly.
  • Setting up projects so context carries between sessions instead of starting cold every time
  • Working directly with your own files — documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, folders
  • The four prompting patterns that survive contact with real work, and why most advice doesn’t
  • Reading output critically: where it’s genuinely strong, where it will confidently hand you something wrong
By the end of day 1 you’ll have run a real task from your own work, start to finish.
Day 2

Delegate

Give it a goal. Walk away.
  • Agentic work with Cowork: handing over a goal instead of babysitting each step
  • Letting it work across your own files and folders without manual uploading
  • Connecting the tools you already use — Drive, Microsoft 365, Slack and others
  • Scheduling recurring work so it runs on its own while you’re offline
  • Reviewing what it did, and steering it when it goes the wrong direction
By the end of day 2 you’ll have one real multi-step job running without you.
Day 3

Create & Assemble

Make things. Then wire it together.
  • Claude Design: turning a prompt into decks, landing pages, and social graphics
  • Editing what comes back — refining layout, spacing and color instead of re-rolling the prompt
  • Exporting into the formats you actually need to send
  • Where everything lives: a guided tour of the Customize panel — skills, plugins and connectors, what each one is and when you want which
  • Build your own skill: turning a process you repeat into a skill Claude loads on its own, by describing it in a conversation — no files to write
  • The capstone: assembling memory, your skill, your connectors and a scheduled agent into one personal AI system
  • Where to take it next, and how to keep it current as the tools change
By the end of day 3 you’ll have built your own setup — and understand every piece of it.

Fit

Who this is for

This is built for you if…

  • You’re starting from zero or close to it
  • You’ve tried a chatbot a few times and suspect you’re barely scratching it
  • You want to add AI skills to how you work or what you offer
  • You learn by doing, with someone to ask when you get stuck
  • You don’t code and don’t intend to start

This isn't for you if…

  • You already build agents and write your own integrations
  • You want a passive video library to watch someday
  • You’re looking for a business opportunity rather than a skill
  • You can’t make any of the three live sessions (replays help, but the live Q&A is most of the value)

Southin Simphoukham

Southin Simphoukham, smiling, in a grey blazer against a white-painted brick wall

Twenty-plus years as a senior sales and solutions engineer in enterprise technology — Microsoft, Dynatrace, Sitecore, Dell EMC. Two decades of standing in front of skeptical technical audiences and explaining how something actually works, not how the brochure says it works.

Certified in cloud architecture across GCP, AWS and Azure. But the reason I'm teaching this is simpler: I've spent the last stretch building real systems with these tools daily, and I kept running into the same thing — the gap between what people have heard about AI and what they can actually do with it is enormous, and almost nobody is teaching the bridge.

So this is the course I'd want a friend to take. No hype, no promises about your income, no pretending the tools are better than they are. Just three days of building the thing.

Questions

Before you enroll

I’ve genuinely never used any of this. Am I too far behind?

No — that’s the intended starting point. Day 1 begins at the beginning. If you can use email and a web browser, you have every prerequisite.

Do I need to buy a subscription to any AI tool?

A paid Claude plan is required and is separate from the course. The agentic and design features we use are on the paid tiers. I’ll send exact setup instructions a week ahead so you’re ready on day 1. That subscription goes to Anthropic, not to me.

What if I can’t make one of the days?

Every session is recorded and sent out the same evening. That said, the live Q&A is a real part of what you’re paying for — if you’d miss two of the three days, take the next cohort instead.

Is this a coding course?

No. There’s no code, no terminal, and nothing to install beyond a browser and the desktop app. If you do write code, you’ll still find days 2 and 3 useful, but you’re not the target audience.

How is this different from free videos?

Sequence and feedback. Free content is excellent at showing you one impressive thing in isolation. It’s poor at getting you from nothing to a working setup, in order, with someone catching your mistakes as you make them. That’s what live is for.

Is this affiliated with Anthropic?

No. This is an independent course. I teach how to use these tools; I don’t represent the company that makes them.

What’s the refund policy?

Attend day 1. If it isn’t what you expected, email me before day 2 starts and I’ll refund you in full, no questions.

Three days from now, you could have it built.

Live September 22–24, 2026. Capped at 20 seats so every question gets answered.
