Who we are
These terms cover simphoukham.com and anything you buy from Simphoukham LLC. Using the site means you accept them. Questions go to starbuck@simphoukham.com.
What Team of One is
Team of One is a live online course running September 22–24, 2026, 8:00–10:30am PT / 11:00am–1:30pm ET, across three sessions of two and a half hours. The cohort is capped at 20 seats. It is taught live. It is not a self-paced video library.
Price and payment
A seat costs $299 USD, charged once, through Stripe. Your seat is confirmed when payment succeeds.
Refunds
If it is not what you expected, attend Day 1, email us before Day 2, and we will refund you in full. That is the whole policy, and we apply it without argument.
What you need to take part
A browser, the Claude desktop app, and a paid Claude plan. The Claude plan is bought from Anthropic, is separate from this course, and is not included in the price. There is no coding, no terminal and nothing else to install.
Recordings and materials
Every session is recorded and yours to keep, along with the written playbook. They are licensed to you personally, for your own use. Please do not republish, resell or share them.
If the schedule changes
If we have to move or cancel a session, we will tell you as early as we can and offer a replacement session, a recording, or a refund. If you cannot attend live, the recordings are yours either way.
What we do not promise
The course teaches a skill. It is not business, legal, financial or professional advice, and we make no promise about income, results or outcomes. What you get out of it depends on the work you put in.
Third-party tools
Team of One is an independent course by Southin Simphoukham. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. Course content covers third-party tools whose features may change.
Conduct
Sessions are small and live. We may remove anyone who makes the room unusable for the others, without a refund.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
